We2Care is committed to providing exceptional care that gives you and your loved ones peace of mind knowing that all your needs are being attended to. We listen to you and develop a package that suits your needs.
Our clinical team of registered nurses, enrolled nurses and assistant nurses ensure you receive the best care. This care is supported by We2Care’s GP in consultation with your family doctor. We2Care’s combined medical and non-medical model of service delivery helps make the transition from hospital facilities to home easier and safer.
We offer the following services:
Community nursing
Assistance with household tasks (light cleaning; cooking; doing laundry; ironing; changing bed linen; cleaning freezer, fridge and stove)
School drop-off and pick-up
Transportation to appointments, shopping and social activities
Running errands and shopping with clients or on their behalf
Assistance with collecting mail and paying bills
Carer respite
Garden maintenance
Welfare checks—either by phone or home visits
Medication reminders and prompting
Communication coordination between service providers
Handover to carers and from hospital discharge facilitator
Personal care
Assistance with hygiene including toothbrushing, shaving, showering and hair care

Do you urgently need a helping hand at home? We can help.
We2Care offers affordable in-home support that is available on short notice and is safe. Our express service offers spontaneous care in your home within one hour, depending on availability. We2Care’s express service gives you easy access to our pool of qualified support workers when and where you need them.
This service is for everyone who needs an extra hand at home because they are busy, ageing, or for family members who need a little support for their loved ones or people recovering from an illness or surgery. We2Care support workers have experience in the care industry and have been carefully screened for your safety. We2Care staff members have blue cards, police checks, first aid qualifications and are insured by us.
What can we do to help?
We can do almost everything - just let us know what needs doing.
Examples Include:
helping with household tasks (light cleaning, ironing and laundry)
picking your loved one up from hospital and staying with them until you arrive
checking to make sure your loved one is comfortable and drinking enough water in hot conditions
conducting welfare checks to see if your loved one is alright
preparing meals for a day or week in your own home
helping with showering and dressing
shopping for you or with you
going on outings and day trips with you
assisting with personal hygiene and grooming (including toothbrushing, shaving, and hair care)
prompting medication compliance
